Methodology

    The cornerstone of the Moore Stephens methodology is to service its customers on a personal basis keeping in mind that each project and each customer has different needs and particularities.

    Every client is assigned to a responsible partner who serves as a link between the firm and the client in order to ensure that the highest level of customer service is obtained. Skilled staff with long and relevant experience in the client's line of business supports the partners creating the relevant audit team.

    The composition of these audit teams is maintained in such a way so as to meet two objectives: Continuity in order to increase efficiency of the team and rotation in order to maintain the team's independence.

    We always ensure that a second partner is informed, so the client will always be served by the highest level of staff at any time.

    In addition our internal structure is such that the senior partner is kept informed for all jobs. Therefore, all our clients have the confidence that their issues are discussed at the highest level of our company.

    All the above are combined with excellent and continuous training of the staff and create a working environment that combines professionalism with a human face.
